The Professional Bridesmaid by Jennifer Conner #Review
Posted by brriske
To help three co-workers coordinate their weddings, Skye Wilson must act as a bridesmaid for them. Skye dreams of becoming a wedding planner and needs to start somewhere and reluctantly agrees. Just when the wedding arrangements and her plans started going wrong, she meets Chasen Dantrell, a handsome limousine driver.
Chasen has a growing limo business. He loves his job but the long hours of waiting by himself wear on him. That is until a cute, blue-eyed bridesmaid named Skye stumbles his way.
As their two worlds become more and more entwined with each wedding they work, Skye wonders if she’ll ever be a bride and would it be Chasen at the end of the aisle with a ring?
New to the area, Skye is excited to be asked to be in her co-workers weddings, even if it is only to be an unpaid wedding planner. When said weddings don’t go so well, the only silver lining is meeting limo driver Chasen. Together they brave the dramas of the weddings and come together for their own HEA. This book, was a pretty straightforward, girl meets boy, falls in love, get their own HEA. There were no cliff hangers, moments of suspense, or really any excitement. The biggest hurdle with the book was some editing issues and I found the dialog pretty generic and flat. Overall a very sweet story and would satisfy anyone in search of a HEA. If your looking for something with a little more oomph! You might be disappointed. I give this book 4 Stars.
