I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review.

Out of self disclosure, I have been in quite the reading funk and unable to pull myself free from the clutches of a previous read. This book did wonders for me. I adored the characters in all their individual quirks.

We are first introduced to Sam- the fiery Redhead who immediately catches the eye of Elijah. She is shy and outspoken all at the same time. Elijah is a dom who is in for the most unexpected turn of events in his life. This book held my interest from the first words, pulling me into their world of sexy romance, heart breaking secrets and major relationship deal breakers. I read this book in less than a day and neglected all the other things I was supposed to be doing. I had to see what was going to happen for them. The author did an amazing job of creating characters that even “vanilla” lovers can relate to. I give this book 5 fangs and wish my scoring system ran HIGHER. I have talked non-stop about this book and cannot wait to read more of Lauren’s work. Thank you for pulling me out of my funk and making me fall in love with your work!
